Early Childhood - Center Director

Job summary
The Center Director is responsible for ensuring the health, safety, and quality of education for childrenOverall operational management including curriculum development, staff and facilities managementMaintaining positive community relationships and meeting the goals of the center
Responsibilities
• Establish quality vision for the center• Manage adherence to quality standards and state/local regulations• Develop and manage educational curriculum• Maintain student records and communicate with parents• Approve menus and food purchases• Ensure legal and financial compliance• Oversee office functions and staff supervision• Resolve conflicts and manage budget planning• Establish illness/emergency procedures• Implement strategic plan and goals
Requirements
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience• 5 years of direct professional experience in early childhood setting• High energy• Strong oral and written communication, technology skills• Ability to work well with others and foster a team environment• Strong understanding of child development• Strong finance and budgeting skills• Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills• Infant/child CPR and First Aid certification• Full background check clearance• Health screening clearance• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in early childhood education or related field with minimum 30 credits in ECE
