Job Description: We have a position open immediately for an E-Commerce Assistant. The perfect candidate for this job would be detail oriented, self-motivated and have great communication skills. This job would be a mix of sales/customer service focus and tracking order management. Our ecommerce side is very unique and needs a great understanding of how our customers engage with the retail + ecommerce business.
Responsibilities Manage our drop ship orders from vendor to customer Ship our in-stock orders Update inventory needs from manufactures Answer customer questions via text, email, or phone Help foster any retail needs that are cross-over to e-commerce Upload and maintain products on online store Assist Ecommerce/Marketing Manager Qualifications Technology proficient Willingness to work independently in a fast-paced environment Strong collaborative and interpersonal skills Must be able to positively motivate Team Members to follow procedures and achieve department goals Strong organizational skills Multitasking skills eCommerce or Retail experience Benefits:

Mon-Fri: 9-5 with occasional Saturdays

Pay: From $16.00 - $18.00 per hour depending on experience
