Responsibilities
• Be the first cheerful face our customers see, setting a positive tone for their day.• Handle cash register operations with speed and accuracy, ensuring a smooth flow during rush hours.• Familiarize yourself with our menu, confidently assisting customers with their choices and inquiries.• Take and process orders quickly and accurately, keeping the morning rush humming along.• Prepare basic coffee and beverage orders with care, adding that extra touch to our customer's morning routine.• Maintain a tidy and welcoming front counter area and dining space.• Work harmoniously with the team, contributing to a supportive and respectful atmosphere.• Eager to receive feedback and guidance to grow in your role.• Consistently arrive on time, ready to make each shift a success.• Treat guests as the highest priority, ensuring their experience is enjoyable and satisfactory.• Address customer needs and resolve any issues with urgency and a positive attitude.• Adhere to Dunkin' Donuts' standards and systems, delivering high-quality service and products.• Effectively communicate current promotions and suggest menu items to guests.• Follow all operational policies related to cash, cleanliness, food safety, and workplace safety.
Requirements
• A bright and early riser, eager to greet the day and our customers with enthusiasm.• Fluent in English, with effective communication skills.• Basic math skills for handling transactions.• A team player, ready to work in a fast-paced environment.• Must be at least 18 years old.• Comfortable standing for extended periods and able to lift up to 25 pounds.• Able to navigate basic computer and POS system functions.• Must pass a drug test and criminal background check.• No previous experience required – just a willingness to learn and grow!
