PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE POSITION Responsible for providing skilled craftsmanship for sizing and cutting metal studs, installing tracks and walls, and finishing with drywall.

KEY RESULT AREAS (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS)
Measure, cut and install metal framing members which includes but not limited to concrete, structural steel, wood, etc. Measure, cut, install and fasten wallboard to framing members around all penetrating objects such as but not limited to MEP rough in, electrical outlets, plumbing, cable tray, etc. Finish drywall by installing corner bead, taping and finishing joints, penetrations and patches to reach the required level of finish with drywall compound and the necessary tool. Build decks, stairs, roofs and other temporary structures between office units, plan tables, install shelves, setup tool trailers and/or conex's, per plan Assist journeyman and foreman All other duties as assigned Cooperate with others when in a team environment Accept direction from supervisors Follow work rules and procedures Punctual and consistent attendance KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
