Demonstrate understanding the importance of sensitive information that is not to be announced publicly.
Provides support to recruiting Team by running employment verification, background reports.
Receiving and processing incoming documents and placing in appropriate driver file.
Aptitude for learning new systems and processes.
Ability to work with others in a professional manner while achieving a common goal.
Maintain accurate account for all DQ files within 30-day window.
Confirm completed file has been uploaded to final destination in RAIR system. Performing Other Administrative Duties As Required. Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Skills One-year previous experience in transportation is preferred but not required.
A working knowledge of the FMCSA Regulations is recommended but not required.
Experience with AS400, Omnitracs Road Net Anywhere, Omnitracs Services Portal is preferred but not required. Education High School Experience 1-4 years Qualifications Must comply with the safety policies and rules established by the Company or by federal, state and local occupational health and safety laws.

Proficiently utilizes computer skills with Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel.
Must be able to quickly learn and comprehend new software that may be used daily.
High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) required.
Must pass criminal background and drug testing.
