Driver Intervention Program

We are currently seeking DIP Coordinators for the Driver Intervention Program (DIP) , a court-ordered program for OVI offenders. The DIP Coordinator is responsible for the overall execution of programming at the designated DIP site.
Job Duties include: Managing the logistics of the program and acts as direct supervisor for the DIP Counseling and Security staff. Maintains a working relationship with the Program Director and communicates facility program issues Responsible for ensuring program site has adequate supplies. Provides educational lectures and supervises the large group discussions during DIP weekend. Completes coordinator paperwork and hands in master file to the Program Director. Ensures program runs smoothly and maintains communication with DIP staff. The DIP Coordinator is required to be on-call for the entire 72-hour period and is responsible for the overall management of the program during the program session. This position is available for current CommQuest staff, as well as outside applicants. Must be licensed/credentialed as one of the following LPC or above, LSW or above, LCDC III or above, LPN/RN, OPCS I/II, MFT or above, licensed Physician/Psychologist. Previous experience with AoD assessments/groups/education is highly desired. DIP Coordinators must work shifts Thursday through Sunday. These are PRN (as needed) / part-time positions.
