Starting in this role you will learn our processes, products and industry which will provide you with the knowledge and skills necessary to succeed at Summit.Your Day Will Include:Coordinate team members to accomplish daily tasks and fulfill customer needsCommunicate with customers through email and over the phone to answer customer questions and concerns, confirm order changesMaintain inventories to ensure efficient use of products, save money, and reduce wasteKeep track of all documents in a comprehensive filing system and record keeping systemPrepare receipts for orders, deliver materials, process returnsUse SnapStock, Excel, Sharepoint, and SAP to process customer requestsUse Excel and Microsoft Office to keep track of inventory, order changes, and receiptsTrain new coworkers in procedures, safety protocols, computer skills, organizational systems, order processes, customer service, and communicationKeep work environment clean and free of hazards by dusting desks, sweeping, picking up trash, and organizing productsPulling customer orders, ensuring their accuracy, and preparing them for shipmentLoading and unloading trucksReceive and stock products as needed to replenish inventorySummit will help you achieve your goals by:We provide an atmosphere for growth and development in a dynamic and reliable industry.
