Responsibilities
• Answer calls and intake patient information.• Follow strict HIPAA guidelines.• Retrieve information regarding facility and service needed.• Send calls out to the appropriate nurse.• Track ETA's, actual time of arrival, and completion of service for nurses in the field.• Perform office duties such as filing, faxing, scanning, etc.
Requirements
