• Maintaining a clean and well-organized working environment• Bussing tables to collect soiled plates and flatware• Cleaning inside and outside the restaurant• Putting away deliveries and organizing storage areas• Assisting other staff members with tasks• Adhering to food and safety procedures• Taking out the trash and rinsing trash cans• Washing flatware, dishes, pans, and pots• Cleaning kitchen machines and appliances• Other responsibilities as assigned by manager
Requirements
• Must be able to operate dish machine safely• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs• Must understand and follow all food safety procedures• Must have communication skills• Must be able to prioritize tasks
