Job summary
To provide a clean and safe kitchen area for our staff.Responsible for washing and cleaning all sauce dishes, pots, utensils and cooking equipment.General kitchen duties including stocking inventory, cleaning equipment, and maintaining the kitchen area.

Responsibilities
• Set up dish stations according to BP's guidelines and standards.• Ensure cleanliness of dishware and keep the dish room clean and organized.• Responsible for general housekeeping, receiving and storing supplies, and maintaining personal health and sanitation standards.• Must be knowledgeable of safety codes and comply with BP's code of ethics.• Assist with other kitchen duties as needed.
Requirements
• 1 year of food retail experience preferred, specifically as a dishwasher.• Friendly attitude with excellent customer service skills.• Ability to multitask and work in a team environment.• Must be able to work flexible schedules.• High School diploma preferred.• Physical demands include continuous standing or walking, bending and lifting frequently (up to 50 pounds), and occasional squatting.• Work will be conducted in a kitchen and restaurant environment, with varying temperatures and occasional slippery surfaces.• Noise level in the work environment is frequently loud.
