Responsibilities
• Provide effective sales leadership and management• Develop and execute plans for internal marketing and communications• Establish and maintain internal client partnerships• Align sales resources with organizational objectives• Develop sales talent management infrastructure• Conduct talent assessments, succession planning, and behavioral profiling• Drive processes to attract, select, manage, develop, and retain top talent• Design and deliver effective sales training content• Optimize the manager to sales representative interface• Develop and deploy employee engagement and retention programs• Develop and deliver clear and effective communication strategies• Develop and track metrics for sales resource programs• Establish success criteria for sales activities• Utilize data for decision-making and continuous improvement
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree, required• MBA or master's degree, preferred• 10 years' sales leadership role with at least 2 years of sales training experience• Experience developing and deploying employee engagement and retention programs• Intermediate skills in MS Office Suite• Excellent spelling and grammar skills with the ability to communicate in a courteous, tactful and concise manner• Ability to travel overnight up to 25% of the time
