Responsibilities
• Partner and influence leaders across Wizards, Global Supply Chain, Global Consumer Insights and commercial markets• Develop and implement comprehensive global sourcing strategies aligned with company's business goals• Continuously assess and adapt sourcing strategies for relevance and effectiveness• Identify cost saving opportunities and implement initiatives• Analyze cost structures, supplier performance, and market trends• Implement a supplier evaluation and performance management program• Stay up to date on industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies• Develop risk mitigation strategies for supply chain disruptions• Promote and implement sustainable sourcing practices• Ensure sourcing activities adhere to laws, regulations, and company policies• Lead and develop a strong procurement team• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and excellence
Requirements
• 10+ years experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, and supplier management• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, supply chain management, engineering or related field• Experience in RPG/Tabletop/Board gaming industry• Strong negotiation and contract management skills• Knowledge of global market trends and sourcing methodologies• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills• Strong ethics and commitment to responsible sourcing practices• Inspiring leader with empathy and purpose• Driven and values innovation and creativity
