The Director of Property Management is responsible for leadership and management of property management operations.They will supervise day-to-day management of resort facilities, ensure high-quality guest experiences, and maintain safety and quality standards.The Director will also manage rental inventory and create the best possible experience for owners and guests.

Responsibilities
• Develop and implement property management strategies, goals, and objectives aligned with the resort's vision.• Manage budgets, forecast expenses, and negotiate contracts with vendors.• Oversee planning and execution of owner events and rental program owner communications.• Maintain website content and assist owners with any issues or needs they may have.• Track and report on inventory growth and participate in relevant Association Board Meetings.• Conduct regular facility inspections and address maintenance and repair needs.• Recruit, train, and supervise property management professionals.• Promote exceptional service among team members and collaborate with other departments.• Stay informed about industry trends and make recommendations for improvement.• Prospect and maintain properties for rental management potential.
Requirements
• 5 years of property management and resort experience preferred.• High school graduate or equivalent, with Associates Degree preferred.• Professional, helpful demeanor with good listening skills.• Ability to analyze problems, be well-organized and detail-oriented.• Excellent written and oral communication skills.• Computer proficiency and ability to work a flexible schedule.• Must have valid driver's license and meet company driving standards.
