Join Honeywell Aerospace and be a part of overseeing and directing operations for a world-class integrated supply chain repair and overhaul (R&O) site. You will ensure the achievement of metrics (Safety, Quality, Inventory, Delivery, Cost, and so on) in the ISC repair and overhaul (R&O) organization. You will manage a team that supports R&O, business, and other processes in a team-based manufacturing environment. You will leverage your team's experience and skills to perform activities in a variety of cross-functional areas including production planning and control, total quality management, systems, induction, R&O, remanufacturing, equipment and facilities engineering, material management, and process reengineering
Lead a team of supervisors and professionals who are manufacturing Honeywell's world-class innovative products. You will leverage your manufacturing experience and skills to lead some of the world's most talented production teams. Manage the implementation of material purchasing, material planning, production planning, inventory control, shipping/receiving, and store functions within Honeywell. You will use your advanced leadership abilities to drive safety, productivity, and exceptional quality in one of Honeywell's production facilities. Through collaboration with cross-functional teams, you will prioritize team workload and drive continuous improvement. As a manager, you will coach your team members in leadership and behavioral competencies in order to deliver high-impact business results. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Strategic planning development and execution Own SQDIP and financials People management and resource planning Develop supervisors of individual contributors Drive HOS activities Talent management Develop a capable team of ISC leaders Drive technical advances Cost improvement analysis AOP and Capital planning Optimize Material management procedures Measure supplier capability and capacity. Ensures a safe work environment for all employees Ensure plant maintenance program execution Lead productivity improvement projects Drive a culture of continuous improvement Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams Ensure practices and processes are robust Resource management in a dynamic environment U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS
Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status. YOU MUST HAVE 3-5+ years of Operations Management Proven leadership and management experience Extensive manufacturing experience in the Aerospace, Automotive, or similar highly regulated industry WE VALUE Bachelor's Degree Superior knowledge of lean, Six Sigma tools, and problem-solving methodology Extensive manufacturing and/or R&O experience in a fast-paced environment Aftermarket experience Ability to manage complex teams Ability to partner with OME counterparts Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Fosters teamwork and diversity Quick response and proactive mindset to drive results Ability to lead/drive change, and influence/mentor others Able to develop strong networks and build relationships Advanced degree in manufacturing or business Advanced manufacturing knowledge Demonstrated leadership experience in coordinating and overseeing entry to senior-level professionals Proven track record leading teams to successful product delivery Willingness to raise standards each year to drive organizational excellence Track record of improving team performance and work practice through team coaching Leaders who consistently make sound and timely judgments in an ambiguous environment Additional Information JOB ID: HRD225089 Category: Integrated Supply Chain Location: 23500 W 105th St,Olathe,Kansas,66061,United States Exempt Due to US export control laws, must be a US citizen, permanent resident or have protected status.
