This position is for a Long-Term Care facility!!! About the Role: As Director of Nursing, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of nursing operations. You will be responsible for:
Leading and motivating a team of registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and nursing assistants. Ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care that meets the highest standards of quality and safety. Developing and implementing policies and procedures that adhere to state and federal regulations. Overseeing the nursing department budget and staffing. Participating in the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives. Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure a seamless continuum of care. Qualifications: Master's degree in Nursing or a Bachelor's degree in Nursing with extensive leadership experience. Current, unencumbered RN license in the state of Oregon. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership role within a healthcare setting. Proven track record of success in improving patient care outcomes. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in healthcare information systems.
