Director Of Nursing

Reid & Associates is recruiting a Director of Nursing (DON) for a Hospital In Missouri.

I'm looking for a Director who is not only passionate about their work, but also excels at engaging staff. The ideal candidate should be a servant leader dedicated to maintaining a stable & motivated nursing team.



Requirements Include:
-RN
-BSN, MSN preferred
-2+ years in Leadership/Management in an inpatient setting in a hospital or LTACH
