Director Of Information Technology Infrastructure And Operations

GENERAL STATEMENT OF RESPONSIBILITIES The Director of IT Infrastructure and Operations oversees the Network Services department and will provide leadership in the day-to-day maintenance and operation of computer, storage, voice, video, and data networks, and lead the planning and implementation of infrastructure and security enhancements as Northland Pioneer College continues the journey towards a hybrid cloud environment. This is a functional role that requires combining industry knowledge of best practices with the day-to-day management of internal and outsourced infrastructure operations. This role must ensure the department is providing efficient and effective technical support services to every level within the organization and its stakeholders.
