The Director, Head of Fair Employment Practices, is responsible for leading, developing, implementing, and overseeing the EEO/AA compliance strategy across the company in the U.S. This individual will collaborate across leadership and HR functions to imbed equitable practices throughout the employment life cycle, in addition to ensuring compliant Affirmative Action Plans and managing all OFCCP audits. The role requires significant experience leading and operationalizing AAPs, interfacing with OFCCP, and leading substantial projects cross-functionally. The successful candidate will manage team members and report to the Head of DEI Strategy.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain strong governance over Citi's Fair Employment Practices across the U.S.Develop, implement, and/or maintain strong fundamentals for EEO/AA compliance, particularly OFCCP regulations.Provide governance and oversight of AAPs and activities related to maintaining compliance with federal and state regulatory agencies.Manage all OFCCP audits and serving as chief interface with OFCCPProvide AAP insights and consultation to business leaders, HR functions, and other internal partners.Provide EEO/AA training to drive effective implementation of AAPs.Provide EEO/AA expertise and thought leadership on EEO/AA regulations and external trendsLead project management of EEO/AA compliance initiatives.Optimize standard operating procedures for EEO/AA activities to maximize efficiency, effectiveness and risk mitigation.Manage, coach, and develop team members.QualificationsBachelor's Degree10+ years of experience leading the development or management of AAPs10+ years of experience managing team members5+ years of experience in a corporate environment, preferably in Compliance, Human Resources, or Employment LawExpert knowledge of EEO/AA federal regulations, particularly OFCCP regulationsExperience managing OFCCP audits and managing large scale projectsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong presentation skills to facilitate meetings and conduct trainingsDemonstrated ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines with minimum supervisionSelf-motivated, action-oriented team player with strong collaboration, influencing, and problem solving skillsHighly attentive to details with strong sense of accountabilityPreferred QualificationsJD preferredExperience with Functional Affirmative Action PlansFinancial industry experience------------------------------------------------------Job Family Group:Human Resources------------------------------------------------------Job Family:Talent, Development, Learning & Diversity------------------------------------------------------Time Type:Full time------------------------------------------------------Primary Location:New York New York United States------------------------------------------------------Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:$170,000.00 - $300,000.00In addition to salary, Citi's offerings may also include, for eligible employees, discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards.
