Role Description We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the day-to-day tasks associated with various custom software, mobile and web development projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication and organizational abilities, and a proven track record of successfully delivering digital projects on time and within budget. Responsibilities: Scope, budget & timeline management Project communication management Client relationship management Identify and manage project risks and threats Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements. Execute projects according to the project plan, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards. Write user stories, define acceptance criteria, and prioritize backlog items in collaboration with the client and development team. Conduct sprint planning sessions, ensuring both clients and the team have a clear understanding of feature requirements, sprint goals, commitments and risks. Facilitate daily stand-up meetings, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to foster collaboration, identify obstacles, and drive continuous improvement. Utilize Jira or similar project management tools to track project progress, manage tasks, and monitor team performance. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery. Proactively address issues that may impact project timelines, scope, or budget. Manage quality assurance processes to deliver high-quality software solutions. Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, including software engineers, web developers, designers, and QA testers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Effectively communicate project status, updates, and risks to clients and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment with project objectives. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred. Proven experience as a Project Manager in the software or web development industry. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Solid understanding of project management methodologies. 3+ years of experience in a related role such as Project Management, Account Management, Business Analysis, Program Management or Product Management Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Razor-sharp problem-solving skills. Strong organizational skill and attention to detail. Proven aptitude to manage many competing projects and priorities.
