Job Summary:
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in promoting our message across various digital platforms. Working closely with the Outreach and Marketing Supervisor, you'll lead the design, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns. Your expertise in SEO, SEM, and digital advertising will ensure our message reaches our target audience effectively. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact while working in a supportive and innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing Campaign Design and Optimization (45%):
Strategize, design, and deploy integrated digital campaigns across multiple channels.
Manage paid search campaigns, including PPC, display, social media, and mobile, to meet marketing goals.
Utilize CRM systems for effective customer data management and personalized campaign strategies.
Digital Marketing Project Management (40%):
Lead all aspects of digital marketing campaigns, ensuring resource allocation for successful project delivery.
Stay updated privacy and accessibility standards, mitigating risks and adjusting campaigns accordingly.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and optimize campaign performance.
Optimization and Communication (10%):
Provide technical support in content creation, ensuring compliance with accessibility standards.
Create customized email messaging and collaborate with internal teams for effective communication.
Utilize real-time data reporting to recommend and implement website improvements.
Tracking and Reporting (5%):
Generate regular reports on digital assets and campaign performance against established KPIs.
Utilize insights from past campaigns to optimize future strategies and manage digital marketing budget effectively.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in related area or equivalent experience.
Strong analytical and written communication skills.
Thorough understanding of digital advertising best practices.
Experience in project management and stakeholder collaboration.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and languages, including HTML, CSS, Google Analytics, and CRM systems.
