The Dietary Supervisor plans, directs, and coordinates activities of the Dietary Department to provide quality care for patients and hospital employees. They ensures JCAHO Standards are met and other supervisory requirements.

Education/Training: · Bachelor degree from an accredited school with major in foods and nutrition or related major. Completion of ADA approved education experience preferred. High school or equivalent required.
