The DevOps System Engineer will interface directly with development, production support, and QA teams and maintain a high level of visibility with the entire team. This role will support and maintain the production environment along with the build and release processes which includes the supporting tools. The candidate will work on multiple projects simultaneously; helping identify technical and governance similarities for best practices is a critical skill. This position is not responsible for providing care to patients.

Responsibilities Writes, debugs, and maintains source code using best practices as assigned.
Build CI/CD pipeline configurations to orchestrate provisioning and deployment of both large and small-scale systems / environments.
Collaborates and communicates closely with teams to provide solutions to infrastructure and software engineering tasks.
Responsible for continuous integration, rapid deployment, and testing of software as assigned.
Becomes proficient in new technologies in a timely manner as assigned and determined by management and team lead.
Builds and releases configuration management deployments for Linux and Windows systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in development, test, and production environments.
Provides documentation for source code, operations, and processes.
Assesses products and services for DevOps functions as assigned.
Completes assigned duties in a timely manner as determined by management and team lead.
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities Proficient in programming languages such as: JavaScript, Python, YAML, and JSON.
Proficient in at least one scripting language (i.e. Bash, Python).
Experience with ServiceNow development and other Low Code/No Code solutions.
Familiarity with Web Development including React and leveraging APIs.
Experience with Automation Anywhere and Microsoft Automation Platform.
Strong knowledge in one or more of the following cloud providers AWS, Azure and GCP.
Solid understanding of cloud networking concepts including VPC/Vnet, subnets, routing, load balancing, firewalls, and cloud security.
Experience in enterprise-scale environments, building highly available Solutions within Public and Private Cloud environments.
Familiarity with IAM (Identity and Access Management) concepts and tools in cloud platforms to ensure secure and controlled access to cloud resources.
Experience writing and maintaining DevOps and GitOps models with infrastructure-as-code, configuration-as-code, and policy-as-code.
Experience with CI/CD tools – GitHub, Bitbucket, pipelines, repos, etc.
Experience with infrastructure automation tools/configuration management like: Terraform, Ansible.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work with team.
Eagerness to actively engage in professional development opportunities such as certifications, workshops, or conferences to enhance skills and knowledge in cloud and other technologies.
Experience with container related technologies. i.e Kubernetes and Docker
Qualifications Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent.
Three years experience administering systems or equivalent.
