Postion Summary: The Development Specialist is an entry level support role. They report to the Accounts Manager, with direction from the Associate Director of Development, and will provide education and support while sharing responsibilities for tasks relating to companies, employer groups, affiliates, DPCs and others associated with Zion HealthShare as assigned.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Assists Development Team achieve team goals. Attend approved sponsorships and events, traveling as needed. Assists in taking client meetings, onboarding, offboarding and providing customer support as needed. Responsible for managing email inboxes and phone queues. Learn company processes including registration confirmations and withdrawals, taking virtual meetings, etc. Learn affiliate and DPC processes including onboarding and offboarding, affiliate community support, taking virtual meetings, etc. Ensure accurate data tracking for assigned clients in CRM. Qualifying new leads through organic referrals and participation in inorganic outreach. Assist clients with issues relating to their accounts and memberships via phone, email, and Microsoft Teams. Assist Accounts Manager in additional tasks as assigned. Position Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent. 1-2+ years in Customer Service, Entry Sales, Client Support, or any combination or similar experiences (I.E. Receptionists, Call Centers, Sales Reps, SDR, etc.). Ability to work in a team environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to travel on an as-needed basis. Preferred Experience: Worked directly within the health share/healthcare industry. Experience/Knowledge of health shares. Experience with CRM Software (Salesforce, Zoho, etc.). Spanish Speaking. Areas of Responsibility: New and Existing Client Support. Collaboration with various internal departments. Development Team Administrative Tasks.
