Gensco has an immediate opening for a Graveyard Department Supervisor at our Distribution Center in Tacoma, WA! Schedule - Monday-Friday Graveyard Shift 12:30am–9:00am
Full Time - starting pay range $30-$35 per hour based on experience
Day to Day Supervisor Activities Responsible for supervising the day-to-day warehousing, delivery, and customer service functions of a Branch Warehouse Responsible for Team building, implementing continuous education processes for all Branch Team Members, establishing objective and measurable goals, and clearly communicating these goals and standards to Branch Team Maintain a positive, helpful attitude toward fellow Team Members and Customers Suggest and implement improvements in warehouse cost management, best practices, and operational process design and implementation Warehouse Team Member Requirements High school diploma or GED AA degree preferred or equivalent work experience preferred 2+ years related experience with Gensco or equivalent preferred Prior direct customer service experience – desire to work directly with customers Excellent knowledge of the products Gensco sells Understanding of inside sales, outside sales, warehouse, and delivery functions Ability to regularly lift 50 pounds and occasionally lift up to 75 pounds Ability to frequently work at heights up to 30 feet Regular, consistent attendance for scheduled shifts ???
