CERTIFICATIONS: CDA or RDA required, X-ray certification preferred
EXPERIENCE:Must have Dental Assistant certification
JOB TYPE:Full-time
SCHEDULE:MONDAY-FRIDAY
PAY:Starting at $12.00-$14.00
BONUS PAY:up to $500 additional per month

SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Work chair-side with dentists, perform patient care, and general laboratory dutiesTake and process dental radiographs (x-rays)Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipmentTake impressions of the patient's teeth (models), extractions, composite fillings, etc...Teach patients appropriate oral hygiene strategies to maintain oral health (e.g., tooth brushing, flossing, and nutritional counseling)Ask about the patient's medical history and take blood pressure and pulseHelp patients feel comfortable before, during, and after dental treatmentProvide patients with instructions for oral care following surgery or other dental treatment procedures Join our team and help drive our mission that all children, regardless of family income, deserve access to high-quality dental care, in a kid-friendly and fun environment!
