$15.00hr. | FULL BENEFIT PACKAGE DIRECT LINK LOGISTICS  a leader in the medical logistics supply chain, is looking for a dynamic Lead Driver to join our team at our DUNCAN, SC Campus. This pivotal position involves leading, training, and enhancing the productivity of our delivery team, ensuring excellence in our operations.
POSITION: LEAD DRIVER Schedule: Monday to Friday, 5:00 AM to 2:00 PM Location: DUNCAN, SC CAMPUS KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Train new drivers using our cutting-edge delivery technology. Coach existing delivery professionals to achieve top-tier performance. Assist in managing daily operations, including clerical, administrative, and physical dock/warehouse tasks. Cover routes and handle urgent delivery needs as required. PRE-HIRE REQUIREMENTS: Clean MVR Report & Pass a Criminal Background check | no felonies Must be 21 years of age and possess a driver's license minimum of 3 years with an acceptable motor vehicle record (MVR)**1 year (12 full months) previous delivery experience Solid Experience driving 16'& 26' Box trucks and Sprinter Vans. Military, AMAZON, DHL, Fed Ex, UPS & USPS prior experience is a BIG PLUS!!!  Active DOT card BENEFITS: Competitive compensation with weekly payroll.
