Mosquito Cafe is one of the must-eat at's of Galveston Island. We are a modified counter service restaurant, meaning guests order with the cashier, seat themselves, and servers bring the food to the table, fulfill any guest requests, and clear the table when guests are done. This service style provides a unique teamwork environment and eliminates unnecessary levels of competition. One of the most unique things about Mosquito Cafe is that we don't fry anything. Everything is open flame-grilled, flattop grilled, oven-baked, and freshly made. We take great pride in providing made-to-order entrees, fresh quality ingredients, great customer service, and a warm and friendly atmosphere.
