In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering and downloading data into our database systems from various sources, including digital and paper formats. Key Responsibilities:
Input, update, and maintain accurate information in our electronic systems from various sources. Review data for discrepancies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible, and check the output. Retrieve data from databases or electronic files as requested. Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation. Comply with data integrity and security policies. Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform backup operations. Scan documents and print files when needed. Maintain confidentiality regarding the information being handled. Requirements:
Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar role. Fast typing skills with an eye for detail and familiarity with spreadsheets and online forms. Experience with MS Office and data programs. Familiarity with administrative duties. Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation. Attention to detail. Confidentiality. High school diploma; additional computer training or certification will be considered a plus. Working Conditions:
