Data Center Project Manager

As a Data Center Project Manager, you'll play a crucial role in orchestrating the inception and execution of our data center projects. Your focus will span from the initial blueprint to the final stages of construction, ensuring seamless delivery and exceeding client expectations.
Responsibilities:
Spearhead data center projects from inception to completion, overseeing all aspects including concept development, design, scheduling, and budget management.
Provide day-to-day construction oversight, maintaining clear communication channels with leadership to ensure project alignment.
Effectively resolve critical issues within a collaborative environment, prioritizing adherence to project timelines and financial objectives.
Cultivate strong relationships with clients, cross-functional teams, and internal stakeholders, fostering a collaborative and supportive work culture.
Facilitate design reviews in partnership with external collaborators, ensuring alignment with project objectives and standards.
Deliver comprehensive progress reports on cost, schedule, scope, and milestones, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Coordinate and lead meetings with site developers, vendors, contractors, and project stakeholders, fostering effective collaboration and communication.
Utilize engineering expertise to oversee construction, commissioning, and project closeout processes, ensuring quality and compliance with industry standards.
Manage submittals, requests for information (RFIs), and engineering queries, maintaining a proactive approach to addressing project needs and challenges.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in construction management, electrical/mechanical engineering, architecture, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
Professional licensure (PE, NCARB, RA) is advantageous.
Previous experience in large-scale data center design and/or construction, with exposure to commercial/industrial projects (e.g., airports, hospitals, labs).
Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.

Compensation: $100,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
