Responsibilities
• Deployment and configuration of servers, storage devices, and networking equipment• Performing break-fix tasks including power cycling, diagnostics, and component replacement• Providing support through various mediums and coordinating activity schedules• Labeling, patching, and asset tagging activities• Updating and recording activities in the IT ticket management system
Requirements
• Good general understanding of IT principles such as networks, hardware, and domains• Knowledge of infrastructure hardware architecture and server/client operations in a domain environment• Experience in installation and troubleshooting of infrastructure equipment• Knowledge of TCP/IP standards and best practices for server infrastructure management• Good knowledge of backup and recovery software and methodologies• Strong English language skills• Exceptional customer facing skills and effective communication• Logical and analytical approach to work, accurate record keeping, and ability to work unsupervised• Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Technology/Science or equivalent• 5-7 years of relevant work experience
