Job Description:

AT&T is seeking a motivated and dedicated Customer Support Representative to join our team in Jacksonville, Florida. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities:1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.2. Assist customers with account management, billing inquiries, and technical support.3. Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, striving to exceed customer expectations.4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements:1. Four years of relevant experience in customer service or a related field.2. Strong communication skills and the ability to empathize with customers.3. Driven and dedicated personality traits to excel in a fast-paced environment.4. Strong strategic planning and decision-making skills.5. Proficient in using customer service software and tools.6. High school diploma or equivalent required.
