Customer Support Officer - Work From Home

Yum Brands is looking for a Customer Support Officer to join our team in Jacksonville, Florida. This is a full-time, entry-level position that allows you to work from home.

Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat- Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Assist in identifying opportunities to improve customer experience- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements:- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience- Driven and reliable with excellent communication skills- Adaptability and negotiation skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- High school diploma or equivalent
