Job Description:
As a Customer Support Manager at Impossible Foods, you will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty by leading a team of customer support representatives. This position is based in Denver, Colorado, and is a full-time role at a mid-to-senior level. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in customer support management.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement customer support strategies to meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals- Lead and mentor a team of customer support representatives, providing guidance and support as needed- Monitor and analyze customer support performance metrics to identify areas for improvement- Handle escalated customer issues and provide resolutions in a timely and effective manner- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to proactively address customer needs and concerns
Requirements:- Passionate and driven individual with a proven track record in customer support management- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills, with a creative approach to finding solutions- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with customers and team members- Experience in the food industry or a similar field is preferred- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is required
