Job Description:

W.W. Grainger is seeking a dedicated and driven Customer Support Associate to join our team working from home in Fort Worth, Texas. This part-time position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer support.

Responsibilities:1. Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and chat to assist customers with their inquiries, concerns, and orders.2. Resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently, ensuring a positive customer experience.3. Handle customer complaints and escalations with professionalism and empathy.4. Utilize knowledge of products and services to guide customers in making informed purchasing decisions.5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a cohesive and supportive customer support experience.6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.7. Identify opportunities for process improvements to streamline customer support operations.

Requirements:1. High school diploma or equivalent.2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.3. Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.4. Persuasion skills to effectively communicate with customers and influence positive outcomes.5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team towards common goals.6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.7. Must have a dedicated home office workspace with high-speed internet connection.
