Job Description:
W.W. Grainger is seeking a dedicated and driven Customer Support Associate to join our team working from home in Fort Worth, Texas. This part-time position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer support.
Responsibilities:1. Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and chat to assist customers with their inquiries, concerns, and orders.2. Resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently, ensuring a positive customer experience.3. Handle customer complaints and escalations with professionalism and empathy.4.
