Job Description:
USAA is seeking a Customer Success Representative to join our team. This is a part-time, work from home position based in San Antonio, Texas. The ideal candidate will have no years of experience as this is an entry-level position.
Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service and support to USAA members through various communication channels- Proactively engage with members to ensure their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner- Utilize problem-solving skills to address member inquiries and concerns- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve the overall member experience- Maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with members and colleagues- Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and systems to enhance productivity
Requirements:- Adaptable and resourceful personality traits- Strong adaptability and presentation soft skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently- High school diploma or GED equivalent- Must have a quiet and dedicated workspace at home- Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
