Job Description:
Lithia Motors is currently seeking a part-time Customer Success Officer to join our team in Denver, Colorado. As a Customer Success Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers have a positive experience with our products and services. This role is perfect for someone who is reliable, confident, cooperative, and pays great attention to detail.
Responsibilities:- Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions- Ensure customer satisfaction by following up with customers to gather feedback and address any issues- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to enhance the customer experience- Assist in developing and implementing customer success strategies- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Provide product demonstrations and training to customers as needed
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience- 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Reliable transportation to travel to customer locations as needed
