What You Can Expect

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager (CSM), to play a key part in delivering happiness for our customers.

You will build relationships with customers and ensure the successful deployment of Zoom products and services. Delivering and maintaining customer success, satisfaction and happiness; whilst driving retention & growth of revenue.

About The Team

Customer Services play a crucial role in improving the customer experience within Zoom. We build relationships, encourage product usage, and act as dedicated post-sales contacts for customers. We provide customers with useful resources that will enable them to succeed with our solutions, we effectively manage internal procedures and work across departments. Our success is achieved by consistently implementing the strategies with a commitment to excellence.

What We're Looking For

3 + years experience of CSM experience
Have experience in working with data; analyzing trends, identifying risks and opportunities and using findings to drive strategy and actions
Able to demonstrate proactive strategic account planning competency across a varied portfolio
Demonstrate ability to prioritize workload; time management skills required
Experience delivering customized presentations and demonstrations via video conference; including the ability to present to executives and key decision-makers
Have the ability to work with Account Executives, Solution Engineers, Product Management, and Zoom Executives
Experience with CRMs such as Gainsight and Salesforce.com
Experience with UCaaS, with ability to articulate how to best use and deploy the service

Minimum

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

$65,200.00

Maximum

$158,900.00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations.
