Job Description:
Goldman Sachs Group is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Success Assistant, working remotely from Indianapolis, Indiana. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or related fields.
Responsibilities:- Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and feedback through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.- Collaborate with our Customer Success team to ensure excellent customer satisfaction and retention.- Analyze customer data and provide insights to drive strategic planning for customer success initiatives.- Handle escalations and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.- Provide product demonstrations and onboarding support for new customers.- Assist in developing training materials and resources for customers.
Requirements:- Confident and driven individual with excellent communication skills.- Strong ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.- Proven experience in strategic planning and problem-solving.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
