Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Customer Success Assistant to join our team at AmerisourceBergen in Jacksonville, Florida. As a part-time entry-level position, this role is perfect for individuals looking to gain valuable experience in customer success and support.

Responsibilities:- Assist the Customer Success team in managing and maintaining customer accounts- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide support and address any issues or inquiries- Assist in tracking and analyzing customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience- Provide creative solutions to customer problems and contribute to overall team problem-solving efforts- Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times when interacting with customers and colleagues

Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent- No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and grow in the position- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team- Driven and energetic personality traits- Creativity and strong problem-solving skills- Must be able to work part-time hours in Jacksonville, Florida
