Responsibilities
• Tending to customer questions regarding products, services, pricing, and shipping• Utilizing multiple platforms, portals, and software for order entry and customer information• Researching billing errors and tracking packages• Building long-term customer relationships• Building internal working relationships with other departments
Requirements
• High school diploma or GED• 3 years of customer service experience preferred• Strong written and verbal communication skills• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite• ERP/CRM software experience a plus• Self-starter and detail-oriented
