Description:
This is a full-time position where you will be eligible to join an elite team of individuals striving to continue to grow and develop mortgage skills proven to be successful. We'll put you through an intensive mortgage training process as a Junior Loan Officer where you will learn the mortgage process from our VP of Sales, as well as our Directors of Sales, who have a combined 50 years of leadership development. Our elite process speaks for itself, we are on pace to fund 4 billion dollars in our third full year of business, while it has taken the majority of lending companies in the industry nearly a decade to reach such a feat.
Key Responsibilities:
- Call on mortgage leads to initiate contact with potential clients
- Responsible for obtaining the basic information from the client, and transferring calls to licensed officers
- Process phone applications as needed
- High volume outbound calls on an automatic dialer
- Respond to voicemails and emails within 24 hours

· No sales or mortgage experience necessary but preferred
· High school Diploma

· Must be a Resident of the surrounding area
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
