We are seeking an expereinced claims agent to join a growing team. You will be responsible for processing claims and handling inbound calls. If you have expereince working with insurnace claims, have attention to detail, and enjoy customer service, apply today!
Responsibilities
• Work in multi-carrier and multi-product environment to process claims with different policies and procedures
• Various additional daily duties include the quality control of claims, claims correspondence, shipping original claim documents for older carriers while completed all listed processes within metric standards set by department
• Enter claim information in multiple systems for proper maintenance of company records
• Communicate directly with insureds, claimants, financial institutions, and carriers
• Assist insureds and claimants with questions, provide clear instructions on completing claim forms, and provide general timeframes for claim submissions
• Make outgoing calls as needed to provide responses to insureds and claimants
• Generate, approve, and assemble accurate claim packets for insureds and claimants
• Update systems to document calls
