Job Summary Our company is looking for an excellent communicator with attention to detail to join our team as Customer Service Representative. We need an enthusiastic individual who can interact with our customers in a professional demeanor following our company guidelines and policies.

Manage key accounts. Respond promptly and professionally to incoming orders and customer inquiries. Invoice processing; track, review, and issue invoices. Assist collections with past due or denied invoices. Collaborate with sales, marketing, operations, and dispatch to provide the best service possible to our customers. Maintain an updated knowledge of the company's products, services, and customer service policies. Establish and maintain a good rapport with customers by using positive language and anticipating their needs. Accountable to investigate, analyze, and resolve customer problems. Invoicing as per company policy and processes. (Lubricants, fuel sales, energy services.) Comply with company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards. Required Skills/Abilities: Customer focus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and customer skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Professional demeanor. Ability to handle multiple tasks and duties simultaneously. Extremely self-motivated when managing communication channels. Process focused, proactively seeks out ways to improve processes. Team player with strong organizational skills. Education and Experience: An associate degree in office administration or a related field may be preferred. 2+ years of experience in an administrative office environment. Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to walk, sit, talk, and hear. The employee may be required to use hands to finger, handle, feel or operate objects, tools, or controls, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch.
The employee occasionally may lift and/or move up to 15 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
