Manage key accounts. Respond promptly and professionally to incoming orders and customer inquiries. Invoice processing; track, review, and issue invoices. Assist collections with past due or denied invoices. Collaborate with sales, marketing, operations, and dispatch to provide the best service possible to our customers. Maintain an updated knowledge of the company's products, services, and customer service policies. Establish and maintain a good rapport with customers by using positive language and anticipating their needs. Accountable to investigate, analyze, and resolve customer problems. Invoicing as per company policy and processes. (Lubricants, fuel sales, energy services.) Comply with company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards. Required Skills/Abilities: Customer focus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and customer skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Professional demeanor. Ability to handle multiple tasks and duties simultaneously. Extremely self-motivated when managing communication channels. Process focused, proactively seeks out ways to improve processes. Team player with strong organizational skills. Education and Experience: An associate degree in office administration or a related field may be preferred. 2+ years of experience in an administrative office environment.
