Job Description:
Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a dedicated and reliable Customer Service Representative to join our team in Houston, Texas. As a part-time Associate Level position, this role requires at least 4 years of experience in customer service.
Responsibilities:1. Handle customer inquiries and provide information about products and services2. Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner3. Process orders, returns, and refunds accurately4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction5. Maintain customer records and update information as needed6. Assist in identifying areas for improvement in the customer service process7. Analyze customer feedback and implement strategies to enhance the customer experience8. Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities
Requirements:1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills2. Excellent analysis and critical thinking abilities3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software5. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred6. Previous experience in a customer service role7.
