Customer Service Representative - (CSR) Founded in 1981, Lanter Delivery Systems is a national logistics company and a leader in overnight, unattended delivery of auto, agricultural and industrial parts from their customer's distribution centers to dealer locations. Job Responsibilities: Direct customer contact via phone & e-mail Assisting with inquiries and problem resolution Promote/maintain positive service provider relationships Daily entering of data and compiling/completing time-sensitive reports Provide customer service at all times Performs clerical work as required including answering phone calls, operating various office machines and computers, etc. Other duties as assigned Job Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent 2+ years customer service experience in a business-to-business environment Clear, pleasant speaking voice and easy to understand Excellent problem solver Ability to handle customer complaint phone calls with empathy and genuine concern for customer needs Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint and capable of formatting worksheets Lanter Delivery Systems is proud to be an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer regardless of race, color, gender, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, religious beliefs, marital status, genetic information, national origin, disability or protected veteran status.
