Job Description:
As a Customer Service Officer at Bristol Myers Squibb, you will have the opportunity to work remotely from your home in Phoenix, Arizona. This part-time, associate-level position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service. Requirements:- 2+ years of customer service experience- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines- Strong persuasion skills and a solution-oriented mindset- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software- High school diploma or equivalent
