Customer Service Officer

Job Description:

Plains GP Holdings is currently seeking a motivated and confident Customer Service Officer to join our team in Jacksonville, Florida. As an Associate Level Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients and partners.

Responsibilities:1. Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.2. Assist customers with account inquiries, account updates, and issue resolution.3. Ensure timely and accurate processing of customer orders and requests.4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and partners.5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and support for customers.6. Plan and coordinate customer events, promotions, and initiatives.7. Adapt to changing customer needs and industry trends to provide the best possible service.8. Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or related field.3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.4. Strong planning and organization skills.5. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.7. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
