Job Description:Liberty Mutual Insurance Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team in Seattle, Washington. As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of customer service representatives and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:- Manage and lead a team of customer service representatives, providing coaching, training, and support as needed- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and effectiveness- Monitor customer interactions to ensure quality and provide feedback for improvement- Handle escalated customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner- Analyze customer service data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement- Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field- 5 years of experience in customer service, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role- Strong leadership and communication skills- Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing environments and work independently- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and customer service software- Excellent presentation and critical thinking skills- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
