Responsibilities
• Work independently at multiple locations• Assess customer storage needs and make suggestions• Perform daily storage unit inspections• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits• Keep customers current with payments and make reminder and collection calls• Transport, lift, and move items weighing up to 35 pounds• Walk in/around facilities, including climbing stairs and opening large doors• Perform cleaning and daily maintenance tasks• Sweep/mop interior areas and maintain exterior grounds/curb appeal• Provide excellent customer service
Requirements
• Successful candidates come from customer service-centered sales environments• Valid driver's license required• Ability to travel between work locations• Experience in retail, restaurant, fast food, or service-based companies
