Lithia Motors in Lodi, CA is looking for one customer service to join our 15 person strong team. We are located on 1650 Ne Stephens St, Roseburg, Or 97470. Our ideal candidate is attentive, ambitious, and hard-working. Responsibilities
Communicate order shipment expectations to operations and outside vendors for rush order requests Provide solutions support to internal and external customers to ensure customers are serviced appropriately, timely and accurately Professional management of inbound and outbound call handling Build and maintain relationships with customers, both internal and external along with other GCP departments and outside contacts including but not limited to logistics and product vendors. Communicate order shipment expectations to operations and outside vendors for rush order requests Manage the processing of order entry and execution of orders into the system. Ensure that both manual and automated orders are verified and accurately entered into SAP and that all customers receive appropriate and accurate confirmations and communication within department service level agreements (SLA) Handle all inbound calls, assisting Dealers, Auctions, and co-workers with originating new loans, collecting payments on current loans, providing information about titles, and other general and specific questions Assist General Manager and other branch team members by calling potential Dealer customers to generate leads, establish appointments, fill out loan applications, gather required documents for loans, processing required documents for loans, and other necessary functions related to the sales process Handle financial transactions for the branch, including originating loans, paying expenses, receiving payments for loans, making daily deposits, reconciling all daily transactions, and other functions related to the daily financial processing as required Qualifications
Capable of working independently on daily work activities and miscellaneous work assignments Ability to successfully organize and prioritize workload and follow up accordingly Demonstrate ability and willingness to work in a team environment and to accomplishing goals through cooperation Proven ability to stay focused and multi-task in a fast paced environment Demonstrates grace under pressure Ability to communicate clearly and effectively both written and verbal Confident and professional telephone presence Bachelor's degree in business related discipline or equivalent experience Two years or more experience in order management with strong customer service aptitude Proficiency in ERP (SAP preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite Basic working knowledge of Excel A minimum of one year of customer service experience; preferably consultative customer service experience
